City of Ormond Beach Prescription Card Savings Program: Progam helps provide residents with some relief from the cost of prescription drugs. You & your family can save approximately 25% on prescription medications. Program cards can be printed from the Internet at www.caremark.com/nlc and are available at City offices & facilities at no cost to you. Residents can visit www.caremark.com/nlc to access program tools or call toll-free 1-888-620-1749 for assistance. The discount cards may be used by all residents with no age, income, health restrictions or existing health coverage restrictions. However, the prescription card cannot be used in combination with other health insurance prescription coverage. The NLC card can be used when purchasing prescription drugs at approximately ten (10) pharmacies around the City, as well as at more than 60,000 participating retail pharmacies across the country.
Feb. 3rd, Fri./ FREE Family Art Night @ Ormond Memorial Art Museum: Time: between 6:00 & 7:30pm, Families are invited to visit the museum to enjoy the current exhibition, "Speed 2012" and create a family friendly art project together. Feb. 4th, Saturdays./ Harry Wendelstedt Umpire FREE Clinic- Ages 16- Adult: Time: 9am- noon, Ormond Beach Leisure Services Dept. is accepting registration for a 3-day clinic. Clinics for beginners to advanced, taught by major & minor league umpires. Held on 3 consecutive Sat. mornings. Registration is REQUIRED to be completed through the Leisure Services Department by noon, Jan. 19th in order to attend the clinic. Minors can only be registered by their parents or court-ordered legal guardian.
