The Old Spanish Sugar Mill Grill & Griddle House: Inside DeLeon Springs State Park is the best kept locals secret. Cold weather outside and toasty inside is the best time to enjoy an all-u-can-eat pancake breakfast. Batter is made from grain stone-ground on site with French buhr millstones. Cook them on your own griddle at your table with all the toppings, anything from pecans to blueberries even chocolate chips. They'll even let you bring in your own pancake toppings. Great for a "sleepover" breakfast with all the kids. They get a big kick out of making fun shaped pancakes. The Mill serves breakfast and lunch only and has an hour and a half wait on weekends and holidays, so bring a snack, walk the park and then have pancakes, then walk the park again!
