May 19th, Sat./ 4th Ann. Bunnell Potato Festival: Time: 10am- 4pm, A day of fun for the entire family. Potato Pageant (City Hall) starts @ 10am, Parade @ 11:30am, Live entertainment by The Porchdogs @ 12:30pm, Political Potato Cook-off (Food samples while supplies last) @ 1pm, Mashed potato eating contest @ 1:30pm, Sack & relay races @ 2-4pm, Mashed potato sculpting contest @ 2:30pm. Pageant participants (Children between 1 & 10 yrs. old, Entry Fee: $10 per child). Each contestant will receive a participation award & gift bag. 1st place winners in the Potato Princess & Miss Potato categories will receive a trophy, sash, tiara and $50 gift card. Summer Hours also begin today. We will be open from 10am- 9pm, last admission at 8pm, from today to Labor Day, Monday, September 3.
